had the june swim camp from thurs to sat... okay shd i juz blog abt the whole camp? yes. >) SOOOO let's start with the camp prep. the night before the camp, went to NTUC with christy (aka dinosaur, if u're wondering who this unknown person is) to stock up our food supply (Y) and we actually spent less then $10, AMAZING RITEEE. then on the thursday... reached school at 7.10. went to the toilet like super many times cos i was having stomach ache - -. the sai don wna come out uh - - then we were told to organise our bags and watevr usual routine.. so we did. then it was time to load the stuff... and wait for the later people. and was told that the camp was cut short from 4days 3 nights, to 3 days 2 nights. - - loaded, took bus to ferry terminal and then boat to ubin. juniors went to look for the campsite, while seniors follows. set up the tent with my tentmate, i.e. christy, gloria and rachel. there was a christy+ping vs gloria+rachel match of who cn fix the stick in 1st and put it in place properly 1st. obviously we won :))) and so, after much whining about how ugly the tent peck were... OUR TENT WAS UP! :D and since we were so pro and was the 1st grp to finish, mr loh asked us to set up his as well. no problem :)))) i mean, we've no prob doing tt, but the tent has sth against us - - k aft the tent set up, it was lunch. then it was r&r till 2pm then the task was given. there'd be a senior vs junior cooking while the juniors had deep discussion abt the cooking comp and got to bond, seniors went to drink/eat coconut and rent bike. LOL. competition using ONLY natural fire. well... all thanks go to karon and myran, u 2 are amazingly amazing at setting up fire :))) so the cooking was finally done. hmmp... okay i pause here 1st i needa go giant buy stuff. |
